UC Santa Cruz – Events Manager

After an emergency, your department will need to resume its critical functions as soon as possible in order to maintain our campus commitment to teaching, research and service.  By developing a business continuity plan using the web-based UCReady application, your department will be better prepared to resume its business with greater ease.  This one hour session will introduce you to the concept of business continuity planning and prepare you to begin your department's plan with assistance from the UC Santa Cruz Business Continuity Planner, Elaine Rivas.  Following the session, participants will be invited to register for a hands-on training in one of the Kerr Hall computer labs and will be given a thumb drive and instructions on what to upload to the drive to bring with them to the training.
