The Service
The Events Manager service is largely self-service and is provided "as-is". I and my staff make sure the basic functionality is in good working order and that the site is backed up and available. Our investment is primarily around making sure the tool is documented sufficiently for individuals to manage their events on their own.
Historically, we have not provided service to student groups or events with the exception of sponsored events. Examples of sponsored events include the Campus Earth Summit, or Sustainability events where a unit sponsor takes on accountability for the event.
