In this Lunch and Learn workshop, yoga instructor and massage practitioner Aura Wilson introduces simple self-massage and pressure point techniques to relieve muscle tension and reduce stress. You'll walk away with an enhanced sense of well-being and the ability to breathe more fully!  Please wear comfortable clothes. Equipment will be provided.
