Provides an overview of the UCRS, including the University's defined benefit Retirement Plan (UCRP), the Capital Accumulation Provision (CAP), the Defined Contribution Plan (DCP) both pre-tax and after-tax, and the voluntary tax-deferred 403(b)and 457(b) plans. Presentation will demystify the terms service credit, vesting, age factor, highest average plan compensation (HAPC) and covered compensation.
