The purpose of this workshop is to help managers and leaders view work as a process, and gain strategies for making it more effective and efficient. The central goals of any process improvement are (a) to deliver a better product or service, as defined by the customer; and (b) to deliver that product or service as efficiently as possible. The curriculum was designed by an MBA who specializes in business process improvement.
Participants will:
Determine the criteria for launching process improvement projects
Identify key process improvement principles and steps
Understand the components of core processes and support processes
Apply a variety of useful process improvement tools
