The practice of mindfulness increases self-awareness and cultivates inner calm, peace and resilience. Stress may be building in your life – perhaps in relation to finances, family, personal relationships, or other issues. In this session you will learn some practical ideas and exercises to help you be present in the moment, rather than rehashing the past or worrying about the future. The simple, easily-learned techniques of mindfulness can help us build a more compassionate and healthy relationship with ourselves, and enhance our ability to navigate challenges at home and work.
