Through a blend of theory and application, supervisors and managers will gain a better understanding of their role as coaches in developing employees. Participants will learn to use a variety of coaching skills to successfully identify and address problems, improve trust and productivity, and maintain positive working relationships.

Participants Will:

  • Learn the essential components of coaching for employee development
  • Identify types and styles of coaching and their appropriate uses
  • Practice giving effective and balanced feedback
  • Gain tools for addressing problem behaviors
  • Use case studies to enhance learning
