Description:

Resilience gives us the ability to respond to challenge and change in positive, proactive ways. Being resilient allows for less stress, better self-esteem, and finding more creative approaches to problems. In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to assess your current level of resilience and identify immediate steps you can take to become a more resilient person.

Participants will:

  • Identify attitudes and behaviors that contribute to resilience
  • Determine their personal level of resilience
  • Learn what they can do to become more resilient and stress-hardy

Intended for:  All Staff
