Acupressure for the Office

In this workshop you will learn to use your finger pressure on key acu-points to release tension and alleviate muscle soreness and shoulder tension that contribute to headache, fatigue, carpal tunnel syndrome and insomnia. Hard-to-reach points on the back are reached using tennis balls in a sock. Learn the theory behind using these simple acupressure techniques to remove the layers of stress and tension we build up over time. This class will be geared toward computer users and employees who sit at their desks for long hours.
